4 tbsp of milk
¼ tsp of corn-starch (aka cornflour)
4 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1- In a large bowl or mug, add macaroni and water together. You will need a large mug as the water will boil up.
2- Microwave for 3 ½ minutes as you want your pasta to be fully cooked. The timing may vary based off of your microwave wattage.
3- Drain off the remaining water.
4- Stir in the milk, corn-starch and cheese and microwave for a final 60 seconds to create your sauce. Stir the pasta and sauce well and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
